It is that time again. What time you ask? Well that depends on who you ask. Some would call it our New Year’s Sausage Fest. Others would call it the T Nation Takeover at XCF. I would call it our finest beat down of the year. If you ask the Chris Stone he will tell you some long story about bravery and bla bla bla.
All of the above answers are correct. We are hosting our second Annual Charity Throwdown. It’s when Seattle’s bravest and hottest men gather together to suffer and raise some money for Seattle’s Bravest Charity. We had a blast last year and raised some funds for a super cool cause. I think Paige was our only lady last year and I am pretty sure she passed out in the first 15 minutes from an overdose of abs.

Established in 1995 after four Seattle firefighters perished in the Pang Fire, the SBC:
Maintains the Seattle Firefighter Memorial in Occidental Park
Helps fire fighters who have sustained an injury or suffered an illness
Supports the Walter E. Kilgore Honor Guard and the Seattle Fire Fighters Pipes and Drums Band
Oversees the Kenneth Hoefner Scholarship Program, which provides yearly awards to children and grandchildren of active and retired fire fighters for college
Donates money to families of all Line of Duty Deaths reported by the IAFF
Supports the Seattle Community in various ways including: donating money to families who have suffered loss from house fires, cooking lunch for Seattle homeless teens at Youth Care, and purchasing and distributing bike lights to Seattle youth.
Cost will be $20. Advance registration coming soon. . .(walk-ins will be welcome as well)
