It is that time again. What time you ask? Well that depends on who you ask. Some would call it our New Year’s Sausage Fest. Others would call it the T Nation Takeover at XCF. I would call it our finest beat down of the year. If you ask the Chris Stone he will tell you some long story about bravery and bla bla bla.

All of the above answers are correct. We are hosting our second Annual Charity Throwdown. It’s when Seattle’s bravest and hottest men gather together to suffer and raise some money for Seattle’s Bravest Charity. We had a blast last year and raised some funds for a super cool cause. I think Paige was our only lady last year and I am pretty sure she passed out in the first 15 minutes from an overdose of abs.

A note from Stone:

Please join us once again for the 1595 Hero workout to benefit the Seattle’s Bravest Charity (

Supports the Seattle Community in various ways including: donating money to families who have suffered loss from house fires, cooking lunch for Seattle homeless teens at Youth Care, and purchasing and distributing bike lights to Seattle youth.

I hope you guys can make it out. We kick it off tomorrow at noon. If you want to throw down more than $20 that is cool too.
