We revisited the CrossFit Total yesterday. It has been about 6 weeks since our last total and our last training cycle placed specific emphasis on the back squat and the press. We saw lots of PR’s yesterday on all three lifts. Some of our newer athletes say 15% increases on some of their lifts. We had two more ladies get over 200 pounds on the deadlift. FoJo has been cleared to lift as well and he pressed over 88#. Donkey is just over 3 months out from ankle surgery and she hit 70k on the back squat and 101k on the dead. Great job to everyone who put up big weights yesterday.
