35 is pretty sweet so far. Lots of folks buying me lunches, dinners, and bringing me cake. If the rest of the year goes like this it is going to be awesome. And fattening. There is always a reason to deviate from the plan. Your birthday, boss’s day, Wednesday. There is always an excuse. We are playing a long game. While no single meal, workout, or day can ruin our objective we are making choices minute by minute, hour by hour, and day by day that will ultimately lead us to something. What are you heading toward? Are you making the decision to move more? Eat better? Rest more? If you get derailed get back on track quickly. The longer you are away the harder it is to come back.
