FUNDAMENTALS

It’s time to sign up for our March Fundamentals course! Our next session starts on Tuesday March 7th. If you can’t make it Tuesday you can still start on Thursday. The course is designed for those new to CrossFit (or even exercise in general) and builds progressively at a slow, safe pace. Classes are offered at the following times:

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30am or 6:30pm

We ask that you miss no more than 1-2 classes to ensure you have the skills needed to participate in our regular group classes. The cost is $195 for 4 weeks of instruction. Is Fundamentals right for me?

If you are new to CrossFit or new to exercise altogether this is the place to learn the foundational movements, jargon, and flow of CrossFit classes. Fundamentals is not about working out until you pass out. Neither is CrossFit for that matter. Fundamentals is about skill acquisition. It is about learning to move your body. It is a primer in functional movement.
